Chuner Guo has joined the lab as an MSTP graduate student (Molecular Cell Biology). Chuner received her degree in Biology and Chemistry from University of North Carolina in 2014. During her time there, she worked in the lab of Dr. Li Qian, studying direct conversion of cardiac fibroblast to cardiomyocytes. In the Morris lab, Chuner will utilize single-cell RNA-seq analysis of direct lineage reprogramming to look for factors that modulate conversion kinetics or efficiency. Welcome, Chuner!
